there once lived a lady from nantucket....

Feel free to finish the limerick once you've drooled over this amazing home by
Ferguson & Shamamian Architects with interior design by the fabulous Victoria Hagan
{who was responsible for all the interior fabulousness of "Something's Gotta Give"}.

Just a quaint little farmhouse.

Hmm, stairway to perfection?

The white lounges....the blue highlights....the hydrangeas....ahhhhh
they all speak to me...
They're saying "Dream on cupcake!"

In the words of a 13yr old girl "How, like, totally fabulous is that humongous rug?"

Come, my fellow bloggers....let us break bread together, drink wine and talk until dawn...

There's probably a TV behind those cabinet doors, but with these surroundings, would you really turn it on?

Perfection on so many levels.
Not enough superlatives.
Even the apples on the table look perfectly chosen.
{Note to self: must try harder when picking fruit from the bargain bin}

Gorgeous, but those white floorboards bring me out in hives.

If I had a choice between having slim thighs or this bathroom, I think I would choose this bathroom. I've just looked at my thighs again and it IS a close call, but look at the size of that tub!

I can just see a poolside party with all my besties as we cannon ball into this pool.
I think they've left the entrance way only partially painted as an Amish-style homage. You know how the Amish always put a fault in their embroidery, because only God is perfect? But hang on, doesn't that make this house even more perfect?!
Anyhoo, finish the limerick if you dare!

  3. Gorgeous...it would need to come with a full time cleaner to wipe the smudges of marmite from all things white - not to mention the playdough trodden into the humonguos rug...but do love it!

  7. There once lived a lady from Nantucket
Who went down to the beach wth a bucket
    Though the locals could tell
She was there to get shell
Don't Cape Codders have baskets to get it?

(sorry, all I can come up with!)
